As the incoming kitchen stack is minimum Dia. 250 mm, it is a good practice to provide matching Dia. 250 mm inlet connection on the EN 1825 grease separators to avoid bottlenecks.

What is the recommended density factor for sizing of grease separators in Singapore?

PUB requires a density factor of 1.5 for all grease separators sized to EN 1825 standards.
